BRDO stops working with the head and the senior expert of the Infrastructure sector due to the conflict of interests identified

As of May 14, 2020, the Better Regulation Delivery Office (BRDO) stops working with the Infrastructure sector head Vladyslav Prytomanov and the Infrastructure sector senior expert Vadym Oliynyk due to a potential conflict of interests. We have found that Vladyslav Prytomanov and Vadym Oliynyk registered their company a few weeks ago and intended to provide paid consultations to participants of the road construction market.

BRDO considers it unacceptable to combine the consulting activities of individual market participants with work in an expert and analytical center, the activity of which is aimed at maintaining a balance of interests of all stakeholders, the state and citizens.

Information on new members of the sector team will be made public soon.
