Rolling Review

Rolling review is a regular (that will be made annually) quality assessment of regulatory acts with the help of a special method coordinately conducted by a regulator, business and independent professionals of the Office.

The assessment is conducted under the plan published in advance to allow the business to understand exactly what kind of regulatory act is currently analyzed and enable him to take part in this analysis.

In accordance with the assessment results, the regulatory act is recommended to delete, save or improve.
